This program aims to create social, psychological and emotional balance
awareness in individuals who have undergone traumatic experiences. The key objective is empowering individuals and reminding them that they are not alone in their journey toward mental wellness.
Our stories impact other people’s lives hence encouraging compassion even among strangers. It also creates an opportunity to understand one’s self and other people better and to cultivate empathy. It helps in widening individuals’ view of self, challenging unhealthy beliefs and opening them to new mindsets that reflect a more accurate and healthy story. Sharing impacts positively in dealing with stress and traumatic experiences. Sharing makes individuals explore their experiences in-depth, and discover the true causes of their struggles as well as how to use their strengths to approach them.
