This is to improve children’s physical coordination, balance, feelings management, posture and flexibility by use of sports and games in a fun manner while building body positivity.

Physical Wellness for All

The goal is to help the people we are working with tolerate bodily feelings and sensations, achieve a more significant connection with one’s self or awareness of what’s happening on the inside, and learn to regulate activations or trigger the automatic responses of reminders of the previous trauma.

It will help people deal with body responses from sensory stimuli, images, smells, or other sensations. They are learning to recognize emotions rather than avoid them, generating a greater sense of security and safety in the moment and helping integrate the emotional memories as positive sensations in the present. They begin to accept their bodies and love them as a central component of their growth.​
